• Moving into your new home and Logistics

Some of the key services we provide and coordinate include:

• Finding an experienced real estate agent who specializes in your area - - with a successful track record - - to sell your current residence.
  
  
• Working with you and your real estate agent to make your home the most desired one in its market (a necessity in this challenging market!).  This may include an interior design professional to “stage” the home, a landscape designer, or a handyman to make small cosmetic home improvements to update or repair.
  
• Helping you organize and sort your household items and arranging for disposal of unneeded items through estate sales, donation, storage, shipping to other family members, and/or consignment.  We have particular expertise with special collections, such as cars and wine.
  
  
• Contracting for the sale or transport of other assets such as boats, cars, and pets.
  
  
• Arranging for careful sorting, packing, and shipping of everything from your existing home.  We will recommend local and interstate movers based on reputation and price.  This may also need to include drop shipping some items going to other locations.
  
  
• Unpacking, organizing, and setting up your new home.
  
  
• Assisting you with address change notifications.

We use only service providers that have good references and provide good value.  Because we feel strongly that communication is key, we will prepare weekly reports updating you (and family members) on the status of your move.

MMM’s fees are based on the “size of the task” so please call us, as every job is different.  We’ll help you come up with a plan and give you a free personalized quote.

Jack Kelly, founder and president of MMM, has marketed and sold thousands of residences over the past 30+ years.  While not affiliated with any one real estate company, through MMM Jack will utilize his vast network of real estate agents to help you find the ideal person to assess and eventually sell your home.  Read more about Agent Selection below.

Agent Selection

MMM’s president and founder, Jack Kelly, has more than 30 years experience in marketing and selling thousands of residences.  Jack has hired, trained, and networked with hundreds of real estate agents.  Although MMM is not affiliated with any real estate company, we will position your real estate to sell in a timely manner and at the highest possible sales price.  The real estate market is currently very challenging.  However, there are marketing and sales tools that can better position your property at the top of the current offerings.

MMM will:

1. Research and make recommendations for selection of an agent that is right for you.  It is very important your agent is experienced in the local neighborhood/market and the style and price range of your property.  Your agent will have a successful recent track record and will make a personal commitment to be directly involved with the day-to-day sales activities of your home.  He or she will have the patience and sincerity to work with older adults and their families. 
2. Help prepare the property for sale.  Our team provides you with a licensed interior designer and a professional organizer and relocation specialist.  Preparing your home for sale may take a little paint or a lot of de-cluttering!  Our design people will organize and stage the home (if furnished) and make recommendations on cosmetic improvements.  They are experts at inexpensively creating impactful market appeal. 
3. Make contractor recommendations for any painting, cleaning, improvements, and handyman services that may be necessary to get the property to the market.  We will procure bids for you and oversee all work to ensure it is completed to our high level of expectation.
4. Help you with recommendations from our team of landscape designers for ways to affordably maximize curb appeal.   This step can be critical in successfully selling a home in a timely manner.
5. Arrange any inspections, municipal or otherwise, that are required to sell the property, and oversee all compliance matters.
6. Help develop marketing materials and events for the property to sustain communication with prospective buyers and the real estate community.
7. Provide weekly progress reports to all parties involved.  Again, we value the importance of communication to our clients and always keep everyone apprised, every step of the way.
