Logistics

Transitioning from a large home to a smaller residence can be an extremely overwhelming experience.  MMM handles every detail for clients, ensuring every step is taken carefully and properly by the teams involved.

Address Change Notification

MMM will work with your local post office to make address change requests and notifications to your utility companies and others.

Utilities

MMM’s team of experts will ensure all utilities at your current home are turned off and transferred to the new owners.  Additionally, we will coordinate all utilities at your new residence so there is no unnecessary delay in moving into your new home.
